Everyone loves a good pancake, and this one might be my new favorite. This recipe took less than 5 minutes to make (and less than 5 to inhale 🤣) I hope you enjoy them as much as I did!
* this recipe yields 1 serving (2 pancakes) *
Ingredients
1/3 cup Flapjacked protein pancake mix
1/2 scoop Shakeology chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup water
Creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
1 banana
Maple syrup
Optional*** mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1) Add protein pancake mix and protein powder to a bowl and stir to combine
2) Add water to the bowl and whisk together to create a smooth batter
3) Optional - fold mini dark chocolate chips into batter
4) Pour batter into skillet to make pancakes
5) Plate cooked pancakes and top with peanut butter and sliced bananas
6) Serve with maple syrup
