Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl

This might be one of my new favorite smoothie bowls 🤤 This recipe is especially perfect for curbing that chocolate craving we all get from time to time. To put a twist on this recipe, you can put it in a 5” x 9” pan and freeze for 3-4 hours and serve as soft-serve ice cream! So yummy.


Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/3-2/3 c unsweetened almond milk (start with 1/3 and add more milk as needed to reach desired consistency. You don’t want to make it too runny!)

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 scoop vanilla protein

Toppings of choice: I used bananas, granola, almond butter, and honey)


Instructions

1) Add banana, strawberries, and almond milk to blender and blend until smooth

2) Add in cocoa powder and protein and blend to combine

3) Pour mixture into bowl and add toppings of choice
